How many Sweat Guards per Box? There are 10 pairs (20 individual guards) of quality sweat guards per box. How does PITZSTOP® compare? You should be able to avoid chemicals contained in the stronger, more clinically prepared antiperspirants. There are no harmful chemicals in PITZSTOP® sweat pads. PITZSTOP® attaches to the fabric of your shirt using adhesive strips and some people may be sensitive to adhesives and are advised to check this prior to use.
